By downloading or using Everden, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
What Everden is
Everden helps pet parents track daily care, vaccines, medications and wellness, and provides educational, veterinary-informed AI guidance. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses or prescriptions.
Educational use only
All AI features — chat, symptom guidance, toxic-food checks, myth busting and insights — are for educational purposes only. They never replace professional veterinary judgment. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian or a local emergency clinic immediately.
Your responsibilities
- Use the app for your own pets and lawful purposes.
- Keep your Apple ID secure — it’s how you sign in.
- Make real medical decisions with a licensed veterinarian, not the app alone.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Free-trial terms are shown at purchase; any unused trial portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use the AI to generate harmful content. We may suspend access for violations.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everden is not liable for decisions made based on AI guidance or app content. Your pet’s health is ultimately a matter for you and your veterinarian.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we’ll post changes in-app and on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
