Your pet names, health records and daily logs live in your private iCloud — never on our servers. AI requests receive only anonymous traits (species, breed, age). We don’t sell your data and we don’t track you across apps.

What we never do

AI features
AI responses are for educational purposes only and do not replace professional veterinary diagnosis or emergency care. Each request sends only anonymous traits — never your pet’s name or microchip ID.
HealthKit
If you connect HealthKit, walk data is read on-device to create local care logs. We do not upload HealthKit data to our servers.

Your rights
Account deletion
You can delete your Everden server account anytime in the app: Settings → Delete account. This removes your account identifier, subscription tier, and push notification tokens from our servers.
You may optionally delete all pets, logs, and health records from your private iCloud during the same flow. Pet data in iCloud otherwise remains under your Apple ID.
Data export
Export your pet data anytime in the app: Settings → Export my data (JSON). The file includes pets, daily logs, health records, and chat history from your private iCloud. For GDPR requests beyond in-app export, contact us below.
Data retention
Server account data is retained while your account is active. After in-app deletion, server records are soft-deleted and no longer used for authentication or notifications.
