Pet emergency?
Everden is not an emergency service. For urgent pet emergencies, contact your veterinarian or your local emergency clinic right away.
Account & data
- Export data: Everden app → Settings → Export my data (JSON)
- Delete account: Everden app → Settings → Delete account (server account, plus optional iCloud pet data)
- Sign in: use the same Apple ID to sign back in after deletion
- iCloud sync: your pet data lives in your private CloudKit database
Subscriptions & billing
- Plans are managed through the App Store — see iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Each paid plan includes a 7-day free trial; cancel anytime before it ends.
- To restore a purchase on a new device: app → Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases.
